Frequently Asked Questions

Who do I contact?
For shoots and scheduling, contact your photographer. For any major issues, please contact Brandon.

Where do you photograph?
We want to provide our services in every area where real estate listings exist, if there's an area you need that we don't cover, let us know and we'll work on hiring a photographer there.

Can you do "Floor Plans"?
We do not believe in floor plans. Putting the layout of peoples homes on the internet is not safe, and that fact scares away some of your prospective buyers. Plus, if they can't see the floor plan online, you'll get them into a showing easier. Maybe they'll like something about the layout after seeing it in person, that they wouldn't like if they saw it at home on a floor small 2D plan.

What about Matterport / virtual walk-thru's?
Those are even more dangerous than floor plans. Also, unnecessarily time consuming and finicky. Especially for how quick listings usually sell with our photos.

But what about Listing Videos? Aren't those like virtual walk-thru's?
Our listing videos are smooth pans and sweeps of the house, with some walking. We will not travel around the house with the camera exposing the layout.

Can you make Listing Videos?
We are working on adding listing videos to the service collection.

Can you do aerials?
We are currently only producing standard ground level photos.

Why do your photographers use iPhones? Can't I just do that?
Since the iPhone 13 Pro Max came out, iPhones have become better for real estate photography than full-frame DSLR's with premium lenses. With better technical capabilities, easier file transferring, and less weight to lug around, our photographers use (a very expensive) state of the art instant high dynamic range stitching application from France with built in leveling meter and artificial intelligence. That combined with a tripod, our photos are better than they were when we used the fancy big DSLR cameras (also, our photographers are trained to use industry standard techniques while taking the photos). Welcome to the future.

How do you send the photos?
